FAQ
Hatha generally refers to the physical practice of yoga. This is the classic form of yoga. The word “hatha” can be translated in 2 ways: “stubbornness” or “will”, and therefore the yoga of activity, or “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), and therefore the yoga of l balance and union of solar and lunar energies, male and female. The practice of Hatha is intended to align and calm the body, mind and soul normally in preparation for meditation.
I’ve been teaching continually since October 2017. I’ve had my own regular practice since 2015.
I completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with Arhanta Yoga Nederland in the Netherlands in 2017. There I followed an intensive classical Hatha Yoga training (Sivananda Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation) with Yogi Ram, Kalyani and Omkar.

Yes, as a teacher, I have professional liability insurance that covers accidents that occur during the class.
Yoga teaches you that you are responsible for your well-being. Therefore, be careful during the lesson, listen to the instructions and respect yourself. Stay tuned to your limits because only you know them, only you can feel abnormal pain and know what is wrong with you. If you still happen to hurt yourself during the class, accidents happen, I am insured for this type of problem. If an injury pre-existed the class, it is your own responsibility that is engaged and I will then refer you to your own private insurance. By registering for the classes you have declared that you are aware of the risks and have reported in good faith the pre-existing problems. You have also stated that you have consulted a medical professional for a positive opinion before starting any physical activity (if necessary).
- A comfortable and close-fitting outfit.
- A bottle of water to hydrate yourself before and after practice.
- A towel if needed (sweat).
- Your own mat (optional).
- A jacket or a sweater if you want to cover up in the relaxations.
- An open state of mind.
There are yoga mats available in the different rooms, however if you prefer to bring your own, you are free to do so. Sometimes it’s nicer. Indeed, I do not guarantee the quality or the condition of the mats in the different rooms, since it is not I who provide them but the center.
It all depends on your current physical condition and your goals. As a general rule, if you are athletic, young, mobile, all the classes will be suitable for you, but it is up to you to choose according to your objective and needs. Ask yourself if you want a class for muscle building, stretching, relaxation, meditation etc. If you have back, knee, or health issues, or reduced mobility problems, aim for gentle classes instead. However, feel free to ask me directly what is right for you. We will schedule a discussion of your personal situation and goals and we can create the best yoga program for you. I am here to guide you.
It’s simple, click here and book your class directly online! Payments are also accepted online.
Given the nature of the services offered, except for a medical certificate stating the inability to exercise physical activity, or other valid and justified reason, no refund or return will be given (see reimbursement conditions for medical reasons below). If a session is cancelled less than 2 hours before the time set in the schedule, it is lost and cannot under any circumstances be postponed or reimbursed. Credits for sessions that have passed their expiration date may also not, under any circumstances, be subject to postponement or reimbursement. All cancellations must be made by you directly in the reservation application or by notifying me by email or text message (0488 93 23 83).
Yes, but only under certain circumstances. If you have had an accident or became ill during the season, a refund will be accepted, but only with a medical certificate proving the inability to attend the courses in due form. A refund of 80% of the amount of the pass or subscription will then be refunded. The 20% not returned will be used to cover management and administration costs.
