Breathwork for focus: PM Box breathing 
Sharpen your concentration and improve performance
Have an important call or meeting today? Maybe you’re going on a first date and you’re nervous?
Try this before you go.

- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold at the top of your breath for 4 seconds
- Exhale slowly for 4 seconds. Empty the lungs
- Pause again for 4 seconds.
- Repeat this for 5 to 10 rounds.

Breathwork to release anxiety

▫️ Calm Down
▫️ Drop your shoulders
▫️ Unclench your jaws,
▫️Breathe into your belly, Exhale deeply
▫️Close your eyes, Give yourself a minute
▫️Ground your feet, your hands. 

Whatever it is, let it go

▫️ Inhale for 4 seconds. Exhale for 6  seconds.

Taking longer exhales and slowing the breath down signals to your body to enter a state of relaxation. You’ll feel your stress and anxiety melt away as your heart rate slows down and your nerves relax.
