    I used to think there was only one “right” way to achieve success, that I had to do what others had done and follow in their footsteps to see the same level of success. Unfortunately, that mentality led me to burnout, a bad breakup, and serious health issues.

    But when I finally started to honour who I AM and how I DO things, everything changed for the better and my life has never felt so aligned and abundant.

    You’ll be amazed at how that approach will allow your whole life to shift.

    I want you to be in the habit of showing up continuously for yourself, no matter what, and to form a loving and respectful relationship with yourself.

     

    And more than anything, I want to show you how to become that person who — calmly and unapologetically — makes herself and the things you need a priority in your life.  And who listens the inner whisper that brought you to this page for no other reason that you know—deep down—how important it is.

    Let me be clear about a few things:

     

    Working with me will feel challenging and uncomfortable at times, because more often than not, we’ve got to go through the fire so that we can get to the gold. But I’ll only ever go where you’re willing to go and ultimately, I’m on your side.

    It’s also going to be a lot of fun. 

    I’m gonna do everything I can to make you feel safe and supported as you go on this journey. I’m experienced and quite frankly, really f’ing good at holding space for women as they work through their stuff – the parts of themselves and their lives that are messy and untended, the parts filled with the ugly, the sadness and frustrations.

    However, our aim is to heal, accept and move forward to a place of higher vibrations, emotional resilience and mind-body harmony.

    (By the way, this probably isn’t for you if you’re put off by any of the above)

     

    Over the course of our time together, you will:

    • Develop deep and compassionate relationship with your body.
    • Feel seen and heard like never before.
    • Attune daily life to suit your natural cycle and needs.
    • Receive my expertise and support as to what’s going to get you the results you’re after.
    • Have a self-care plan that’s 100% achievable and sustainable. I’m a fan of starting out with easy wins that get you set up for making bigger leaps. 
    • Create a flexible framework and mindset that nourishes you as you evolve and life changes 
    • Develop greater awareness of your boundaries and needs and be able to express them gracefully.

    Private coaching with me is currently 1600€ for 3 months of weekly sessions or 3000€ for 6 months.

    Once you submit your application, I will review it and be in touch to let you know if you are a good fit to work with me 1:1 – at that point, we’ll either confirm that you’re on the waitlist or refer you to a trusted colleague if it feels like they’d be a better fit for what you’re after.

Sharpen your concentration and improve performance
Have an important call or meeting today? Maybe you’re going on a first date and you’re nervous?
Try this before you go.

- Inhale for 4 seconds
- Hold at the top of your breath for 4 seconds
- Exhale slowly for 4 seconds. Empty the lungs
- Pause again for 4 seconds.
- Repeat this for 5 to 10 rounds.

▫️Breathe into your belly, Exhale deeply
▫️Close your eyes, Give yourself a minute
▫️Ground your feet, your hands. 

Whatever it is, let it go
